Welcome to GroovyBell Wellness! By participating in any services, programs, or offerings provided by Jade Kaye / GroovyBell Wellness, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms are designed to protect both you as the client and GroovyBell Wellness as the provider.

1. Services Provided

GroovyBell Wellness provides:

Functional fitness and fat loss coaching
Custom workout programming via Trainerize
Emotion Code/ Body Code energy healing
Digital wellness guides
Group coaching and support in private online communities

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Participate with integrity and consistency
Communicate openly
Take responsibility for their health and actions
Follow outlined programs or communicate obstacles

3. Payment Terms

Payments are due in full upfront unless otherwise arranged.
Payment plans must be completed in full regardless of participation
Digital products and healing sessions are non-refundable once delivered.
You are responsible for canceling any recurring charges in advance.

4. Refund Policy

All purchases are non-refundable. GroovyBell Wellness does not offer refunds for any digital, energetic, or coaching services. Please reach out with questions before purchase to ensure alignment.

5. Scheduling & Cancellation

Sessions require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
Missed appointments without notice may be forfeited.
Group sessions will not be rescheduled individually.

6. Medical Disclaimer

GroovyBell Wellness is not a licensed medical provider and does not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Services are educational and energetic in nature. Always consult your healthcare provider before beginning any fitness or wellness program.

7. Liability & Fitness Risks Disclaimer

Participation in fitness programs involves inherent risks. By participating in any exercise or wellness program provided by GroovyBell Wellness, you accept full responsibility for your health, assume all risks, and release GroovyBell Wellness and Jade Kaye from any liability for injury or damages resulting from participation.

8. Technology & Access Disclaimer

GroovyBell Wellness is not liable for technical issues beyond its control, including but not limited to interruptions in Trainerize access, internet outages, or software errors. You are responsible for maintaining your own access to required platforms.

9. Confidentiality

All personal information shared will be kept confidential. Client data is protected with the utmost respect and never shared or sold.

10. Intellectual Property

All materials provided (guides, workouts, videos) are the intellectual property of GroovyBell Wellness and may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without written permission.

11. Termination of Services

GroovyBell Wellness reserves the right to terminate services at any time if a client is uncooperative, disrespectful, or in violation of the Terms of Service.

12. Warranty Disclaimer

GroovyBell Wellness provides all services ‘as is’ without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific outcomes and make no representations or warranties as to the effectiveness or results of services provided.

13. Agreement

By purchasing or participating in any service or program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service in full. These terms are legally binding and enforceable under applicable law.
